Goal
The automatic monitoring for Talgo to know the status of its trains and anticipate possible failures, increasing the availability of its units and minimizing maintenance costs. This project has led to the digital transformation of the railway company.
Result
Ikusi has implemented an IoT program of massive data ingestion, capturing 30,000 variables per second in trains traveling at 300km/h, and has applied data analytics, with descriptive and predictive analysis, managing to know the status of the trains and predict possible failures, unit availability and reduce maintenance costs.
